SHIPPING & DELIVERY

The current processing time is 10-15 business days after payment is received (not including weekends). Add 4-6 business days processing for custom orders.*I will do my best to get your orders processed and shipped as soon as possible.


Your order should arrive within 4-10 business days after it has been processed. Magnolia Birch Design Co. cannot control postal delivery delays once your items have been shipped. Magnolia Birch Design Co. is not responsible for any shipping delays, misdeliveries, damages, or packages that get lost in transit.  


It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you pay for USPS Priority Shipping which comes with both Tracking AND Insurance for your order which will assist in the case that your order is lost or arrives damaged.

Shipping time of 4-10 days is IN ADDITION to the processing time (noted above).
Shipping is via USPS Priority & UPS is a flat rate based on weight.

Under 2lbs = $8.00

2 - 10lbs = $13.00

10 - 20lbs = $18.00

20 - 30lbs = $26.00

30lbs+ = $38.00

Shipping within CANADA will have a standard shipping fee (*USPS rates) which will show at checkout
Magnolia Birch Design Co. does NOT ship internationally.


Local Pick-Up is AVAILABLE! Magnolia Birch Design Co. is in Newville, Pennsylvania. If you are local (ie: Shippensburg, Carlisle, Chambersburg, Newburg, Mechanicsburg, or surrounding city/county) and want to save money on shipping, choose the local pick-up option instead of shipping at 'check out. Magnolia Birch Design Co. will email you to arrange a 'pick-up' appointment at our location in Newville, Pennsylvania. Local Delivery is also available within 5 miles (you will only see this option if you are in the range).

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL once you have placed an order. NO REFUNDS will be issued.


Magnolia Birch Design Co. is not able to modify, edit, or add to orders once they have been placed due to the efficiency with which we get our orders filled.


Magnolia Birch Design Co. will NOT accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the item you purchased is defective. 


ANY damages that are incurred during shipment (via UPS or USPS) are NOT the responsibility of Magnolia Birch Design Co.  All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance AND a claim must be filed (by YOU, the customer) within 30 days of arrival with either UPS or USPS.  Magnolia Birch Design Co. can assist in following up once a claim has been submitted BUT Magnolia Birch Design Co. cannot open or file a claim on your personal behalf. Once the claim is approved, the reimbursement is directly mailed to the customer from UPS or USPS. Magnolia Birch Design Co., does not directly reimburse the customer for items that are damaged during shipment.


If you are missing an item OR receive a defective item in your order, please contact Magnolia Birch DC at magnoliabirchdc@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Defective item(s) must include your name, invoice number, photo(s) of the item, and description of the defective item.
Defective items will be issued a replacement or store credit.


NOTE: Damaged or defective items, which have been customized will not receive a credit or replacement.

Magnolia Birch Design Co., employees, and sponsors will not be held liable for any incidents that may occur from the use of products including tumblers, sublimation products, glitter, epoxy, resins, adhesives, glue, latex gloves, etc. Magnolia Birch Design Co. will not be held liable for any injury, allergies, or product misuse.


Please allow 24 hours for a response to your inquiry.  Magnolia Birch Design Co. is CLOSED on Weekends.
